She has an accessible, collaborative style which facilitates custom-crafted cases designed to make her clients’ claims as compelling as possible.

Christy Turovskiy is an immigration attorney at Hammond Neal Moore, LLC.

Christy’s EB-1 and EB-2 NIW clientele has been in a very diverse range of fields, including but not limited to medical research, various engineering disciplines, automotive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, transformative business innovation, service industry, athletics, apparel design, materials research, public health, and service industries. She has a deep experience in representing clients in I-485 permanent residence applications as well as consular processing, which endows her a vision that helps her to guide clients to avoid common pitfalls during the case preparation and interview processes. She has vast experience in attending interviews with clients in person and telephonically that helps her to identify and resolve complex permanent residence qualification issues.

Christy is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and earned her Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

While in law school, Christy gained immigration-related experience both in coursework and through internships. She had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Extern at the Cleveland Immigration Court where she received a student associate at the Pro Bono Civil-Litigation Clinic where she gained valuable appellate work experience with the Board of Immigration Appeals.

As she completed her coursework, Christy secured a position at a boutique immigration law firm in Cleveland, Ohio (which was acquired by Hammond Law Group, the precursor of Hammond Neal Moore, in 2015). Throughout her practice, Christy has been exposed to a wide variety of cases and has represented clients before the Immigration Court, USCIS, the NVC, and CBP.

Christy is married and is the proud aunt to four adorable nephews and a niece. In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her large family, traveling the world (visiting South Africa, Israel, and Japan as some of the most recent adventures), attending local community events, and trying new places to eat. Christy dragged her husband and cat across the country with her from Ohio and opened Hammond Neal Moore’s office in Portland, Oregon in 2018. She now heads the Portland office and represents clients across the globe.
